Job summary

Ebs Recruiters LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support employees and managers across multiple locations in Missouri. You will partner with the HR Director and lead investigations, discipline, leave requests, and compliance while handling HR issues independently.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, and experience supporting a large hourly workforce. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, with SHRM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and Missouri employment laws.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and a large hourly workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee complaints and workplace issues and document findings.
• Lead on employee discipline, terminations, unemployment claims, and hearings.
• Manage FMLA, short-term disability leave, and ADA accommodation requests.
• Coach managers on difficult conversations and support hiring and training.
