ebs recruiters LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support employees and managers across multiple locations in Missouri. You will lead employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, unemployment claims, leave requests, accommodations, and HR compliance.

This hands-on role requires independent HR issue handling and management coaching across locations. You will partner with the HR Director, support managers with performance and disciplinary matters, and assist with

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and Missouri employment laws.
• Experience with multiple locations and a large hourly workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• SHRM certification preferred.

• Investigate employee complaints and workplace issues.
• Interview employees and document findings.
• Write investigation reports and make recommendations.
• Help managers resolve employee problems.
• Review disciplinary documentation and ensure fairness.
• Help manage employee terminations and unemployment claims.

• Coach managers on difficult conversations and performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

• Investigate employee complaints and workplace issues.


• Interview employees anddocument findings.

Discipline and Terminations

• Review employee disciplinarydocumentation.


• Make sure disciplinaryactions are fairand properly documented.


• Help manageemployee terminations.


• Handle unemployment claimsand hearings.

Leave and Accommodations

• Manage FMLA andshort-term disabilityleave.


• Help employees returnto work afterleave.


• Manage ADA accommodationrequests.


• Make sure HRdeadlines and legalrequirements are met.

Manager Support

• Coach managers onhandling difficult conversations.


• Help managers withemployee performance anddisciplinary issues.


• Assist with interviewsand hiring.

Requirements
