Ebs Recruiters LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support employees and managers across multiple locations in Missouri. You will partner with the HR Director and lead investigations, discipline, leave requests, and compliance while handling HR issues independently.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, and experience supporting a large hourly workforce. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, with SHRM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and Missouri employment laws.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and a large hourly workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Human Resources Manager Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to help support employees and managers across multiple locations. You will work closely with the HR Director and take the lead on employee relations, workplace investigations, employee discipline and terminations, unemployment claims, leave requests, accommodations, and HR compliance. This is a hands-on position where you will be expected to manage HR issues independently and help managers handle difficult employee situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations Investigate employee complaints and workplace issues. Interview employees and document findings. Write investigation reports and make recommendations. Help managers resolve employee problems.
• Discipline and Terminations Review employee disciplinary documentation. Make sure disciplinary actions are fair and properly documented. Help manage employee terminations. Handle unemployment claims and hearings.
• Leave and Accommodations Manage FMLA and short-term disability leave. Help employees return to work after leave. Manage ADA accommodation requests. Make sure HR deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Manager Support Coach managers on handling difficult conversations. Help managers with employee performance and disciplinary issues. Assist with interviews and hiring. Help develop manager training.
