DHL Supply Chain seeks an HR Manager to help build programs, shape culture, and positively impact associates across the country. The role focuses on strategic HR support, leadership advisory, and creating a best-in-class workplace.

The position requires strong HR experience, certifications preferred, and a hands-on, results-driven approach to people management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 4 years of work experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience across major HR functions.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Experience partnering with senior management required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution preferred.
• Experience with investigations preferred.
• Experience with data analytics preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings preferred.
• Experience with onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to leaders on people-related issues and business challenges.
• Partner with distribution centers and regional offices to deliver HR services.
• Lead HR team across strategic and tactical HR activities.
• Embed the people element of the business strategy with leaders.
• Coach associates at all levels to improve engagement and performance.
• Manage people impacts of organizational change projects.
• Be an active voice in management discussions and drive results.
