Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. You will provide strategic and advisory HR support, driving the people element of business strategy while engaging and coaching teams across the organization.

The role expects 5+ years HR experience across major HR functions, with strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required.
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change, preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred.
• Experience with investigations, preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings, preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and solve issues with business leaders.
• Lead a team who acts in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support.
• Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy.
• Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner.
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business.
• Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles.
