• Direct employment activities to recruit and hire qualified employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure policies and programs are understood and administered consistently; disseminate communication to all employees.
• Oversee HR programs through HR staff and maintain accurate records and wage/salary administration.
• Administer payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Lead safety and health program implementation and OSHA data tracking.
• Investigate employee concerns and act as liaison on policy and regulatory matters.
