• Proven experience as HR manager or senior HR executive.

• Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management across all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
