Job summary

Relativity in Atlanta, GA, is hiring a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a strategic ER partner, leading high‑risk investigations and shaping equitable outcomes. The role partners with Legal and senior leadership to mitigate risk, coach managers, and drive scalable ER programs across a global, fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Strong analytical, policy knowledge, and multi‑state employment law experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in employee relations or HR compliance.
• Experience leading workplace investigations independently from intake through resolution.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage high-risk cases with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong written communication skills with clear, legally defensible documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters.
• Conduct interviews, assess credibility, synthesize evidence, and produce defensible findings.
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation thresholds, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure consistent policy application across regions with local differences.
• Coach managers on feedback delivery and documentation.
• Advise on performance and disciplinary processes when needed.
• Drive ER governance and escalation pathways with HRBPs.
• Analyze ER data to identify patterns and drive improvements.
• Design scalable tools and templates for ER processes.
