Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to shape enterprise-wide programs, governance, and risk management. The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on investigations and labor relations matters across the organization.

You will lead a center of excellence, partner with Legal and HR leaders, and drive policies that protect our culture and employer brand while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, industrial relations, organizational development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, HR policy, or HR leadership.
• Experience operating an Employee Relations Center of Excellence preferred.
• Experience with union-represented workforce highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enterprise Employee Relations Center of Excellence, governance, and operating model.
• Partners with senior leaders, HRBPs, Legal, Communications, and operations to ensure scalable, compliant practices.
• Provides guidance on complex investigations, harassment, discrimination, and labor matters with legal counsel.
• Oversees HR reporting calendars and regulatory, board, and audit-related deliverables.
• Advises on union-related matters, grievance management, and bargaining preparation.
