Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking an accomplished HR consultant to serve as a strategic partner on employee relations, compliance, and policy development. You will guide HR leaders, executives, and business units on complex matters, disability accommodations, investigations, and other specialized HR situations.

You will monitor evolving employment laws across states, assess business impact, and drive cross-functional changes to programs, policies, and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations, investigations, employment law, and multi-state compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, managers, and executives on complex employee relations matters.
• Monitor multi-state employment laws and lead implementation of changes.
• Lead development and interpretation of HR policies and programs across the organization.
• Develop HR communications and guidance for leadership and partners.
