Job summary

TRDI Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and translate organizational strategy into people programs.

You will oversee compliance, workforce development, and the health of the HR operation with documented processes, trained staff, and clear accountability. The role requires building a metrics-driven hiring program, managing budgets, and serving as senior advisor on people-related matters across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years managing an HR team.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law, HR compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience building or rebuilding HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a department-wide HR strategy aligned to goals, growth, and values.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the HR team; set goals and build succession plans.
• Own the department documentation framework and ensure compliance.
