Job summary

REPAY is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units at the Atlanta headquarters. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, coach leaders, and guide performance management and talent planning.

You will lead strategic HR projects and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to drive organizational effectiveness and stronger teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as HR Business Partner advising leaders on workforce, talent, and organizational matters.
• Strong experience with performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and talent management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects across stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with leaders across business units and translate priorities into HR strategies.
• Coach leaders on performance management, development plans, and corrective actions.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Lead strategic HR projects and coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll.
