Paycom - ATS in Billings, MT is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions and align strategies with business objectives. You will manage recruitment, payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role includes supporting management and employees on HR matters and providing back-up to Safety Officer and Purchasing as needed, with opportunities to contribute to operations across the lab environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certifications (such as SHRM or HRCI) are preferred.
• Proven experience in human resources management, typically 3-5 years or more in HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the human resources function and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
• Support employees and management on HR-related matters and lead performance management and training initiatives.
• Provide back-up support to Safety Officer and Purchasing, plus marketing and lab administrative tasks as needed.
