Paycom - ATS in New York, NY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategy and onboarding for a manufacturing facility. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and temporary labor; partner with external providers; drive employer branding and candidate experience while ensuring compliance with Affirmative Action and data privacy policies.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities across recruiting

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting.
• Experience using HRIS/Talent Management software.
• Knowledge of Affirmative Action regulations.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities in the most cost-effective means for all positions.
• Coordinate posting of open positions through internal postings, internet, employment agencies, recruiters and affirmative action required agencies.
• Review resumes and screen candidates to ensure required qualifications are met.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
• Manage and coordinate temporary labor workforce.
• Identify and partner with external providers to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities with Marketing.
• Plan procedures and processes for enhancing the overall candidate experience.
• Administer required testing including background checks, drug screens, physicals and aptitude/skills testing.
• Coordinate and help conduct new employee orientation.
• Act as liaison to outside staffing agencies and universities.
• Represent the company at career fairs and other community events.
• Maintain applicant tracking in compliance with affirmative action regulations.
• Assist with monthly and annual reporting and compliance of the company’s Affirmative Action Plan.
• Process employment verifications.
• Assist in organizing company’s special events.
• Maintain employment files and records per policy and legal regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information, compensation and all other employee personal information.
