Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Woodland Park, CO seeks a qualified HR Compliance Operations Manager to lead the operational infrastructure for compliance, benefits, payroll, and immigration administration. Reporting to the HR Director, you will translate directives into standardized processes, create reliable reporting, and drive measurable results.

The role requires onsite leadership, with ownership of audits, corrective actions, and the development of Total Rewards capabilities including benefits

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR compliance administration, benefits, payroll, and related regulations.
• Experience coordinating audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to develop processes and SOPs across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into actionable implementation plans with milestones.
• Develop and maintain internal Compliance Team processes and SOPs.
• Oversee benefits administration, enrollment, and COBRA coordination.
• Lead payroll administration, payroll tax and ACA reporting coordination.
• Manage immigration administration and case documentation.
