Job summary

Walmart seeks a strategic, people-focused HR leader to partner with business leadership across a large, two-business operation in a single building. You will guide organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, and associate engagement for a team of up to 2,300 associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in human resources or related field OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related field.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Defines the HR strategy to support the business area and guide organizational change.
• Drives talent management and workforce planning across the area.
• Ensures consistency and compliance of HR policies and programs.
• Leads multiple business plans and projects and removes barriers to performance.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
