- 1 year experience as Walmart HR Office/Area Manager or 3 years supervising employees with HR responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic business partner to the Site General Manager and leadership to implement people practices
- Lead the People Team at the fulfillment center to ensure an exceptional associate experience
- Develop and implement People strategies to support business objectives
- Support workforce planning, talent and succession planning discussions
- Monitor policies and changes in employment laws and communicate updates
