You'll partner with senior leaders to design people strategies, drive organizational design and workforce planning, and lead succession planning and development efforts.

Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR certification required.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and change initiatives.
• Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
