Walmart Saint James, MO is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance. You will partner with the Site General Manager and leadership to implement people practices and drive business plans in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities include leading the People Team, workforce planning, talent development, change management, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition for sourcing and offers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with 2 years HR generalist experience
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring and developing employees
• 1 year as Walmart HR role OR 3 years supervising HR processes (staffing/payroll/benefits)

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic partner to Site General Manager and leadership to implement people practices
• Lead the People Team at the distribution center to ensure an exceptional associate experience
• Develop and implement People strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support workforce planning, talent and succession planning discussions
• Manage change communications and adoption of new HR tools
• Oversee policy changes and regulatory compliance in HR
• Analyze turnover, engagement, and compliance data for improvements
• Foster belonging and conduct regular associate listening sessions
• Support recruitment, requisition management, compensation reviews and offers
• Drive organizational changes with an associate-focused lens
