Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 2+ years HR Generalist/HR Manager experience with supervision, mentoring, and development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to site leadership to implement people practices.
• Lead the People Team at the fulfillment center to ensure an exceptional associate experience.
• Develop, communicate, and implement People strategies to support business objectives.
• Support operations with workforce planning, talent and succession discussions, and development plans.
• Assist leadership through change management with clear communication and follow-up.
• Lead adoption of new people digital tools aligned to the people-led mission.
• Monitor changes in policies, employment laws and guidelines and communicate changes.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities to improve turnover, engagement, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of belonging with regular associate listening sessions and engagement plans.
• Support Associate Open-Door concerns with appropriate escalation and investigations per Code of Conduct.
• Oversee OSHA logs, unemployment claims, and state forms completion.
• Assist with candidate hiring processes including sourcing, screening, requisition management, and offers.
• Support organizational changes with an associate-centric approach and policy adherence.
• Influence strategic business decisions while prioritizing associates and culture.
