Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters.

• Drive initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support policies, procedures, and compliant employment practices across locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation and change.
