Job summary

OSI Group is seeking an experienced HR Leader to oversee operations at two to three facilities. You will provide strategic and tactical HR support, ensuring consistent policies and strong partnerships with leadership and employees.

The role requires multi-site management, union relations, and robust employment-law knowledge. You will own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles, guide managers on performance and engagement, and ensure compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years at the HR Manager level or higher.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment with handling grievances and CBAs is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for 2–3 facilities and oversee a team of 1–5 employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations and form I-9 audits.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles; partner with Talent Acquisition for salary roles.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance, development, and engagement strategies.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary processes, and unemployment claim responses.
