Job summary

OSI Group is a premier global food provider seeking an HR Manager to oversee operations across two to three facilities. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the HR function for each site, ensuring compliance with employment laws and building strong partnerships with leadership and employees.

The role requires union and nonunion experience, strong labor relations knowledge, and the ability to manage HRIS data and UKG solutions. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years at the HR Manager level or higher.
• Experience across multiple locations and in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment with handling grievances and CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team, with authority to hire and performance-manage.
• Lead multi-site HR operations across 2–3 facilities.
• Provide guidance on performance, development, and engagement strategies.
