Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an HR Leader to provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning and labor relations strategy.

The role requires experience with union environments, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance, plus travel across sites to align HR programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial operations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong labor relations with unionized employees and COB agreements.
• Experience handling investigations, grievances and compliance matters.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, NLRA and related labor requirements.
• Ability to influence leaders and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR business partner to site leaders across multiple locations.
• Lead HR activities across sites ensuring policy consistency, employee relations and compliance.
• Provide guidance on labor relations matters including interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
• Manage union-related activities: grievance handling, investigations, arbitration prep, contract administration.
• Partner with leadership to develop employee and labor relations strategies.
• Advise managers on performance management, action planning, and organizational design.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development and retention.
• Support employee engagement and maintain values-aligned culture; safety and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies and HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify risks and opportunities; drive improvement.
• Support change management during transformation or site growth.
• Collaborate with corporate HR to implement standardized programs.
