Job summary

OSI Industries, LLC seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across two to three facilities. You will drive strategic and tactical HR efforts, ensure policy compliance, and partner with leadership and employees to optimize workforce performance.

The role requires union experience, employment-law expertise, and the ability to manage HR across multiple sites, including travel between facilities. Bachelor's in HR or related field is preferred, with PHR/SPHR/SHRM credentials highly

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple locations is preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment including grievances and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across 2–3 facilities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Oversee full cycle recruiting for hourly roles.
• Manage union relations and contract interpretation.
• Coach managers on performance, development and engagement.
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and personnel files.
