Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in business or corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% outside home office.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP certification a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Distribution Center leadership.
• Embed HR strategy into functional areas to support business goals.
• Lead high‑impact HR initiatives across performance, leadership development, and inclusion.
• Develop leaders and talent pipelines; forecast talent needs.
• Elevate associate engagement and foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in staffing and processes.
• Drive workforce planning and talent strategy with cross‑functional partners.
• Manage and coach HR Generalists and Coordinators; ensure policy compliance.
• Support change management and internal communications.
• Provide strategic, data‑driven counsel on people risks and opportunities.
