Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a strategic operations leader to drive site-wide initiatives at our distribution center, partnering with the Site Director to improve performance, safety, and employee engagement.

You will oversee Training Operations, develop leaders, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Human Resources, Safety, Transportation, and Inventory Management to realize regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, operations, or a related environment.
• Experience leading across multiple departments or functional areas and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects across site.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across Operations, HR, Safety, Transportation, Inventory Management and other support functions.
• Develop leaders, coach supervisors, and drive accountability and engagement.
• Drive training operations to deliver standardized onboarding and workforce readiness.
• Promote safety, compliance, and performance across the site.
