Qualifications

At least 5 years of HR experience partnering with business leaders.
Experience managing labor plans in high-volume operations; supply chain experience is a plus.
Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent pipelines.
Strong analytical, project management, communication, business, and people skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Advise leaders on people and business issues using internal and external insights, data, and trends.
Support inclusive workplaces, learning, talent, compensation, succession planning, and leadership development.
Identify organizational and workforce opportunities and coach leaders through change and team effectiveness efforts.
