Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR operations.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers, advising on employee relations, policies, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Manage HR compliance efforts and ensure policies align with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Conduct and support employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
• Partner with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.
• Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, disability programs, and related questions.
• Assist with compensation initiatives, job descriptions, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate training related to compliance, safety, harassment prevention, ethics, and leadership development.
• Maintain HRIS data and utilize reporting and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
