Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, recruitment and safety in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws.
• Develop, recommend and implement HR policies and programs in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage weekly time and attendance, payroll changes, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer benefits including communication, enrollment and claims guidance to employees.
• Prepare and complete surveys (annual compensation, benefits, etc.).
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with manufacturing/production teams as needed.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information via HRIS and reporting tools.
• Oversee termination processes, exit interviews and related documentation.
• Maintain OSHA records and participate in safety committee activities; support safety program development.
• Maintain professional knowledge through education and networking.
