Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA beneficial.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for HR functions and employee relations.
• Lead leave of absence programs and compliance with federal/state laws.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and performance management.
• Deliver training on HR topics and compliance requirements.
• Analyze metrics to drive turnover, engagement and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and lead HR projects.
