Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is hiring a Human Resources Director in Ohio to provide strategic direction for HR functions, with a focus on employee relations, leave management, and compliance. This role partners with executive leadership to cultivate a positive workplace culture and ensure regulatory adherence.

The successful candidate will lead investigations, manage onboarding/offboarding, and oversee payroll-related processes while guiding policy development and workforce engagement

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of leave administration and employment laws (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA).
• Proven ability to coach managers and resolve complex HR matters.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Ability to lead policy development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience in employee relations investigations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function to align goals with strategic objectives at Concordance Healthcare Solutions.
• Advise managers and employees on complex HR issues and ensure compliance.
• Oversee leaves of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, Disability) and interact with payroll and benefits.
• Develop and update HR policies and SOPs, monitor legal developments.
• Implement training for policies, employee handbook, DFWP, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, development, and targeted improvements.
