Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting, staffing, and retaining employees.
• Proficient in HR disciplines and employment laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with HR policy interpretation and application.

Responsibilities

• Partner with line management to provide HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR Manager to develop solutions and policies.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Develop, facilitates and implements recruitment processes and job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and policies.
