Dartcor Enterprises—based in New Jersey—seeks a Human Resource Generalist to partner with the Director of HR and manage daily HR operations onsite. The role focuses on hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and enforcing company policies.

You will handle background checks, training compliance, employee recognition, and HRIS tasks while maintaining confidentiality. The position supports the team across multiple Dartcor brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years HR management experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP a plus.
• On-site role, 5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Director of HR to run daily HR functions and hiring.
• Manage background checks, onboarding, and employee eligibility verifications.
• Coordinate training, compliance, and employee recognition programs.
• Handle inquiries and support the progressive discipline process.
• Maintain HR records and stay current on hiring trends.
