Hartz Mountain Corp in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist for a hybrid role. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, onboard new hires, and partner with managers to shape a best-in-class candidate experience.

You’ll also support employee relations, HR compliance, training coordination, and HR data reporting. This position blends talent acquisition with broad HR duties to optimize the employee lifecycle across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a consumer goods company.
• Experience with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other TA channels.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for remote and on-site hires.
• Develop recruitment strategies using social media, job boards and referrals.
• Act as brand ambassador and communicate Hartz value and culture.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment with hiring managers, offers and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with AAP guidelines and use AI-enabled tools wisely.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and analyze recruitment metrics.
