Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR experience or equivalent
• HR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide HR solutions to support business initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring HR laws and regulations.
• Oversee administration of compensation programs for exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Advise managers on complex and sensitive employment issues.
• Analyze data from exit interviews and reporting.
• Lead HR projects and programs and present trends to management.
• Guide managers and staff on company policies and career development.
