TileBar seeks a Human Resources Generalist to align business objectives with employees across units and to partner with HR in delivering value-added services. You will develop recruiting strategies and support a diverse talent pool for the organization.

The role emphasizes compliance with laws, coaching line managers, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. Based in Phoenix, AZ, you will help shape HR programs in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilidades

• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics with HR Manager to develop solutions.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Identifies training needs for business units and executive coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs.
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Implements recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Assists with job postings and advertisements.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and prepares materials.
• Assists with interview process with managers and stakeholders.
• Supports offer process with salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends job fairs and recruiting sessions.
