Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with leadership across the full employee lifecycle. You will administer HR programs, ensure legal and policy compliance, and enhance employee relations and performance management processes.

The role includes HR operations, benefits and leave administration, and collaboration with affiliates to maintain a positive culture and compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• HR full life cycle experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of ADP, Employee Navigator, Trakstar, and/or other HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance HR programs while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
• Support Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and employee relations activities.
• Oversee HR Operations, systems management, and data integrity across HRIS.
• Support leave administration, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
