ADP, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges and protect client satisfaction.

Expect a dynamic daily mix of client questions, training, and proactive guidance within a supportive, inclusive culture. In this role you will build relationships with external clients and internal partners,

Qualifications

5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results
Experience suitable for a trusted advisor to large clients is a plus

Responsibilities

Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve; serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies
Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations; set priorities, organize, multi-task, and follow up to exceed expectations
Provide Recommendations and Educate; interpret issues and share knowledge with leadership and clients
