ADP is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the Chief of Human Resources in maintaining daily HR functions including hiring, interviewing, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

The role involves conducting post-offer checks, onboarding, and managing HR programs while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring; collaborates with managers to understand skills needed.
• Assists managers with job-specific interview questions.
• Conducts post-offer compliance checks: background checks, drug screens, driving records, and eligibility verifications.
• Implements onboarding and prepares offer letters.
• Administers compensation, benefits, and leave programs; handles disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Responds to employment inquiries from applicants and employees; escalates complex matters.
• Attends disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Keeps up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and regulations.
