Job summary

ADP is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to provide authoritative HR guidance and support to internal and external clients nationwide via telephone and email. The role emphasizes judgment, policy interpretation and strong client relationships.

You will handle privacy, advise on complex HR issues, maintain HR content libraries and collaborate with sales, compliance and service teams. A Bachelor's degree and PHR/SPHR certification within 12 months are required; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Continuing Education requirements to maintain PHR/SPHR credentials and achieve the CA PHR, if not already certified.
• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification is required within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative HR best practices, information, support and guidance on human resource rules, regulations, policies and procedures to ADP internal and external clients nationwide via telephone and email.
• Holds the responsibility to ensure client privacy and client information is protected.
• Provide best practice HR support to client contacts across industries and worksites with varying HR knowledge.
• Guide clients through complex employee relations issues and advise on problem resolution.
• Research information and analyze data to provide best practice HR advice to clients.
