Qualifications
- 5+ years of exempt generalist HR experience required.
- A college degree is great but not required; other experiences accepted (military, etc.).
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement sustainable HR solutions aligned to business vision and strategy.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on people strategy and organizational health.
- Use data to identify trends, measure impact, and drive HR program improvements.
- Independently manage complex associate relations matters with HR Centers of Excellence as appropriate.
- Provide counsel on performance, terminations, sexual harassment, and discrimination in compliance with laws.
- Lead and facilitate learner programs for managers and associates on performance management and behavioral interviewing.
