Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide authoritative HR best practices, information, and guidance to internal and external clients nationwide via telephone and email. You will exercise independent judgment to build solid client relationships and support multiple industries and worksite configurations.

The role involves guiding clients through complex employee relations issues, recommending effective resolutions, and contributing to the formulation and administration of HR plans

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Human Resource Generalist experience.
• Continuing Education requirements necessary to maintain PHR/SPHR credentials and achieve the CA PHR, if not already certified.
• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification is required within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR best practices, information, support and guidance to ADP internal and external clients nationwide via telephone and email.
• Protect client privacy and client information.
• Guide clients through complex HR issues and recommend effective resolutions.
• Develop and administer HR plans and policies for clients.
