Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience as HR Generalist, Senior HR Generalist, or HRBP preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: investigations and adjudication; policy interpretation and coaching.
• Talent acquisition and onboarding: staffing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.
• Performance management and development: coaching, evaluations, and development planning.
• Compensation and benefits: salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and benefits administration.
• Compliance and HR administration: federal/state/local employment laws; HR records and audits.
• Employee engagement and culture: programs, surveys, recognition, and action planning.
• HR operations and support: HRIS data, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
