Job summary

SNI Companies is partnering with a client in the Tulsa area to recruit an HR Business Partner for a fully onsite, direct-hire position. The role supports multiple business units, aligning HR strategies with operations and ensuring legal compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, experience with performance management and training, and a background in the financial industry is preferred. Salary ranges from 70K to 80K with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience focusing on complex employee relations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience within financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an advisor to multiple business units including hiring needs and operations plans.
• Acts as a liaison between leaders and business units regarding HR/Business strategies including: Performance Management, Total Rewards, Succession, Talent Acquisition, Learning.
• Identify training needs and coaching opportunities for individuals and business units to include designing and/or delivering Management training to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with service centers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
