Job summary

Chart, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to elevate the HR function across our Tulsa, OK sites. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, lead training for managers and staff, and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.

The role requires strong compliance focus, experience with employee relations, and collaboration with COE to administer benefit programs. This position emphasizes a proactive, union-free environment in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related discipline required.
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience demonstrated in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Master's degree in HR or business discipline preferred; experience in multiple locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in HR’s strategic value to the business.
• Lead and coordinate training initiatives for managers and employees.
• Administer and support employee benefit programs in collaboration with COE.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, and interviewing.
