Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in strategic HR management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; develop and maintain HR policies.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning; oversee full-cycle recruitment and process delegation.
• Design onboarding programs to promote engagement and align with company culture and goals.
• Maintain accurate HR data, benefits participation, and reporting for compliance and strategy.
• Develop and coordinate management training, leadership development, and workplace safety programs.
• Advise management on employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Administer performance reviews and salary administration aligned with objectives.
• Manage benefits programs, vendor negotiations, and leave policies.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare safety and regulatory reports.
