Clarios, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to act as a strategic HR business partner across multiple functions. The role focuses on talent initiatives, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR compliance in support of business objectives.

You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, organizational capability, and growth, coaching managers and guiding complex people decisions while ensuring policy adherence and risk mitigation across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR solutions.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and org design.
• Support change management, organizational transformations, and growth strategies.
• Utilize analytics to influence decisions and drive performance.
