Clarios is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a strategic HR business partner, aligning people strategies with business goals across multi-location teams. The role focuses on talent initiatives, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and workforce planning to support growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR experience, a strong background in employee relations and organizational development, and the ability to influence leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex business functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting global or multi-location organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner across multiple functions and geographies.
• Drive talent initiatives, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
• Support compensation, benefits, and compliance in collaboration with HR teams.
• Lead HR projects and pursue continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
• Partner with leaders to improve engagement and drive business growth.
