Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a hands-on HR leader to partner with the C-suite and senior leaders of the eCOA business. You’ll shape people strategy through growth and integration, drawing on your experience in technology, clinical research, and M&A to help our teams perform at their best.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, including 5+ years as an HRBP supporting global organizations in SaaS or tech-enabled services, with hands-on M&A integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with 5+ years as HRBP supporting global organizations.
• Experience in technology, clinical research, or life sciences.
• Hands-on M&A or integration experience across acquiring or acquired firms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to build and deliver people strategies tied to business goals.
• Guide employees through integration and change during site-wide transitions.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Handle complex employee relations matters with sound judgment.
• Roll up sleeves on day-to-day HR needs while maintaining a strategic view.
• Identify organizational risks and build plans to address them.
• Use HR data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Design retention, engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple countries.
